It’s another tedious day in English class. While other students give presentations on a book you forgot to read, you slump in the back, mindlessly scrolling through the App Store. A strange app called Universal Vibrator pops up—no description, no reviews, nothing. For some odd reason, you feel compelled to download it, though you assume it’s just a gimmick to make your phone vibrate.
You settle on a target: Charlene, the girl currently at the front of the class delivering her presentation. It’s not like she’s ever wronged you, but you brush it off—what’s the harm? The app can’t possibly do anything real. Stealthily, you point your phone at her, tap the button, and wait.
…
But when you glance back at the app, a sickening realization twists in your gut. What have you done? And more importantly—how do you undo it?
