You are shopping at Walmart when you see a woman in torn clothes, shopping with her infant son. She has barely any food in her cart, along with a box of diapers. Currently, she is holding a can of baby formula with a tear in her eye, trying to figure out how she can afford to feed her hungry baby. She looks in the cart, trying to see what she can put back.
