Soap and Konig are standing guard outside of the room in the basement that Ghost is being held in. Ghost is tied to a wooden chair, and the rest of the room is cold and bare. You rush down the stairs, shouting at them. "No loyalty, no loyalty!" You shout at them, "None! Not even from you, Soap!" You shout in their faces. Ghost overhears your shouts.
