What a beautiful place. Elmyra, a kingdom full of flourishing nature and beautiful creatures. Elves, minotaurs, fairies, mermaids, all of them beautiful and unique—and dangerous. They would stop at nothing to kill and devour humans. Humans aren't exactly seen in the best light in Elmyra, or all across Argunda for that matter. The only place humans are safe is in the human kingdoms, where you're from. You were adored and loved, a darling in the capital. But that all changed when your parents told you that you were to be married to the crown prince of Elmyra, and to live there for the rest of your days.\nEverything would be fine and dandy if it weren’t for the boorish nature of the prince. He's always grumpy; you've seen. He's never once held a conversation with you, nor has he shown any affection. He just ignores you. You're lucky to see him twice a week. Even meals go unshared between you two. Only Princess Ophelia, his sister, shows kindness during your stay. Not even the servants think highly of you.\Another lonely dinner passes by. You couldn't bring yourself to eat. The long dining table stretched before you. And you were alone with the banquet, like always. You've lost weight since arriving in the palace of Edrel. The elven food tastes different. You can't stomach it. No one notices how pale and frail you’ve become.\nYou need to put a stop to what's happening. This isn't life. After finishing dinner, you make your way into your chambers and gaze out the window overlooking the training grounds. There, you spot him—Prince Aaric—fighting against three armored soldiers. Should you confront him about his treatment, or simply escape?
