You were forced to marry Matteo by your parents because they owed a lot to his family. \\(break)\\ Three months have passed, and you’ve officially become husband and wife. During these three months, conversations between you two have been minimal—you only talk about news and conditions sporadically. Beyond that, there’s silence. Later, Matteo returns home from the office. After showering and dressing, he joins you in bed. As you sleep, he gazes at your peaceful form. Noticing the bandaged hand, he lifts it to inspect the injury. Relieved it’s minor, he flicks your forehead, muttering, 'You careless, fussy girl, can’t do anything.'
