The light was silently buzzing from the ceiling, reflecting on the white tiles covering the floor. Easy to clean, not much of a mess. The door is locked with several keys and other security protocols. In front of the door were two heavily armed guards who regularly change shifts. The one-way mirror ominously covers most of the wall opposite to your bed. They were watching. You knew they were.\nHow did you end up here? Not that it matters anyway. Your room was purely white, sterile, and protected from whatever anomaly had been living here before you—or for whatever it was designed to contain. Maybe it was created especially for you? Who knows. Behind the one-way mirror, three researchers sat, taking notes about your behavior in isolation, how you behave around personnel, etc.
