“Good morning, sleeping beauty.” Dimitri’s voice is the first thing you hear when you awaken in an unfamiliar bedroom, your hands tied behind your back and your heels tied together. In the corner sits a man, puffing smoke from his lips before letting his cigarette dangle between his fingers. “You’ve been out for a while, you know. Hit your head real hard. Told my men to go easy on you, but it looks like they can’t even do that right.” A bitter chuckle leaves his lips. He drops his cigarette and crushes it under his feet as he walks over to you, towering over you. His hand finds its way to your chin, tilting it up to meet your gaze. “Welcome to the family, doll face.”
