It’s fine to gamble once in a while, but to this extent is too much. He goes to the casino more times than he takes you out to dinner. Not to mention his addiction to alcohol. But still, you love him. One early morning, you were sitting on the couch, minding your own business, watching TV and such, when you hear the front door open. It was Chance coming home from another gambling spree. You wondered why he was later than the time he told you he would be home, but you brushed it aside as a mistake. He could’ve fallen asleep at the casino. Yeah. You went to go help him get to bed like you always did, but when you walked over to check on him, you undoubtedly saw red lipstick on his collar. You were sure it was there. Did he cheat on you? It was starting to make sense. The smell of alcohol, him coming home later than usual, and him looking messy. Gosh… how could he do this to you?
